About our facilitator:

Richard Beaumont is the Founder of PeerPair, providing training and consultancy to FTSE100 companies and a Founding Partner of Bromley Wood Associates, a new Procurement and Supply Chain consultancy that helps SMEs to reduce their supplier spend and reduce risk. We regularly engage experts to assist in our delivery. Both were founded after 10 years’ experience in Procurement and Executive roles in the Construction, Financial Services, Aerospace and Consulting sectors. Richard is a regular Chair at international ProcureCon Conferences and a speaks widely at other industry events. Richard’s real passion is developing skills in teams by acting as an advisor and mentor who facilitates sessions and projects for clients to solve the challenges that are keeping them from achieving success.
