Join us for the start of our new 'Growing You' business support programme. In this session, we'll help your business conduct a full performance review and introduce you to your new business mentor.

What is 'Growing You'?

'Growing You' is an inspirational, localy focussed and unique business support programme, helping entrepreneurs from all backgrounds find ways to over barriers to growth and supporting you to develop your business to head towards sustainable success.

Get support from a successful business

We aim to deliver you business skills workshops with the support of your own personal business mentor. We offer 4 key workshops, each 3 hours in duration, focused on a specific area of business development, with one-to-one mentoring from our diverse group of business leaders, providing an additional 5 hours of practical business advice and guidance.

Is there a cost?

The programme is funded by the European Regional Develop Fund and is eligible to all small and medium sized businesses in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Region (including South Staffordshire and North Worcestershire).

The Workshop programme

The introductory workshop offers a chance to review your business situation. Throughout this workshop we will introduce the value of the programme to you and provide you with a chance to review your business using our dedicated SME Growth Service diagnostic. It will be a fun session, enabling you to network and connect with your new business mentor.

Please note - to be eligible for mentoring support, participants must sign up and attend 4 out of the 5 workshops.
