With 2021 fully underway and the industries we work in continuing to change, isn’t it time you re-assessed your marketing and business strategy?
Birmingham City University Business School is offering a free business analysis, and workshop programme highlighting business growth challenges, opportunities and ways to tackle them.
You can choose to attend a series of four virtual workshops. These run from 2nd February through to 23rd February. Or if workshops aren’t for you, you can access up to 12 hours of free 1-1 advice and assistance to help you develop a comprehensive business strategy.
The activity forms part of the Enterprise for Success programme. Which is funded by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
What’s in the workshops?
From analysing your purpose, vision and values and creating an effective marketing campaign to learning how to think more strategically as a leader – the workshops cover a whole host of important skills and techniques when growing a successful business.
Delivered by Senior Lecturer in Management Development, Vanessa Clarke, and Associate Professor Barny Morris, Head of Strategy, Management and Marketing the programme is on offer to all small and medium-sized business owners in the Greater Birmingham area.
