As part of the ‘Enterprise For Success’ 4-part virtual workshop programme, Birmingham City University Business School are offering a free analysis, and personalised report highlighting your business growth opportunities and challenges. The current programme runs from 1st-22nd June and is free to all local SMEs.
The Enterprise for Success programme is funded by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
From analysing your purpose, vision and values and creating an effective marketing campaign to learning how to think more strategically as a leader – the workshops cover a whole host of important skills and techniques when growing a successful business.

Over the years the programme has had considerable success helping a number of businesses through its workshops and support programmes.
