From analysing your purpose, vision and values and creating an effective marketing campaign to learning how to think more strategically as a leader – the workshops cover a whole host of important skills and techniques.
As part of the ‘Enterprise For Success’ two-day online workshop programme, Birmingham City University Business School are offering a free analysis, and personalised report highlighting your business growth opportunities and challenges. The current programme runs on Wednesday 12 January and Wednesday 19 January online.
The workshops are delivered by Vanessa Clarke, Senior Lecturer in Management Development and Professor Barny Morris, Head of Strategy in Management and Marketing.
The Enterprise for Success programme is funded by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, in partnership with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
