Come along to our workshop run by Innovate UK EDGE on How to Develop Your Business Identity – Branding, Marketing and Getting to Know Your Customer.

This 90-minute session is designed to give an overview of how to understand your brand and the way you communicate with customers. We will focus on how to identify your target market, how to get inside the mind of your customer and how to create a brand that has value.

Attendees will also learn about how Innovate UK’s EDGE team could support innovative SME’s on their business journey. This event is open to anyone from an SME that would like to attend.

There will be a 1hour presentation with time at the end for Q&A’s – 10.30am – 12noon.
