Keep ahead of the competition by creating value from your ideas and turn inspiration into sustainable business success.

Whether it’s the name of your business, branded products, website, novel solutions or marketing materials the value of your IP can far outweigh the value of your physical assets.

The workshop will explore why your IP matters, helping you to think about what IP you already own or might be creating and how you can use your IP to grow your business.

Includes contributions from an entrepreneur, a local IP firm and from the Intellectual Property Office.

There will be an optional breakout session at the end to help you to think about your next steps.

Who should attend?

Anyone who want to grow their business.

Why attend?

Participants will gain a good understanding of trade marks, patents, copyright and designs. Prior to attending, delegates may like to visit the IPO’s YouTube channel https://bit.ly/2tOowNE as an introduction to the topic.

There will be an opportunity to find out more about the kind of support available locally and through the Growth Hub.
