The event runs for 2 days 9:30-4pm each day.
In partnership with Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership, our programme looks to help small and medium sized businesses grow and expand.
What we cover -
·We'll diagnose your growth risks and opportunities with the help of our SME Growth Service questionnaire, which will produce a bespoke report helping you identify your areas for future improvement and development.
·Receive ongoing consultancy with our SME growth advisors to discuss your needs and formulate a growth strategy.
·Attend our 2-day workshop programme and receive access to tools and technques to help you grow.
The workshop covers -
Barriers to growth - Helping you identify areas your business can improve by re-evaluating your purpose, vision and values.
Leadership and personal development - How can you as an individual push your business forward? We'll introduce you to tools and techniques to help you become a more confident business leader.
Marketing strategy - We'll help you redefine your business value proposition and how you can develop this into a comprehensive marketing strategy in order to capitalise on growth opportunities.
Product development - We'll help you look at new opportunities available to your business to help you grow and expand.
Please note: The Enterprise for Success Programme is a new project supporting businesses to grow and thrive. Participants should attend both days.
This 2-Day workshop is open to all Small and Medium Size (SME) Businesses located within the Greater Birmingham & Solihull area as well as Tamworth, Cannock and Lichfield District Council Areas.
The programme is funded by Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP partners and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund providing access to FREE business support.
Note: Day 1 workshop will take place at Curzon Building; Day 2 workshop will take place at Parkside Building.
