Birmingham City University’s (BCU) series of ‘Enterprise For Success’ business leadership and marketing strategy workshops, are created and devised by experienced BCU business support specialists in their field, giving you the business plan models and templates from which to grow a sustainable business.
The ‘Enterprise for Success’ programme, in collaboration with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is funded by Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP partners and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
Our series of Enterprise for Success Workshops will help your business identify, understand and assess how best your business can grow through better understanding marketing and business planning.
Before attending the workshop programme you will be asked to complete our business analysis procedure. Helping you analyse your current business strategy and helping our team of specialists prepare to work with you to define the purpose, vision and values of your business.
As well as working with you to understand and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and understand your business model, we also help introduce you to tools and techniques to aid you in becoming a better and more confident leader.
We’ll help you to review your business in order to re-define your business value proposition, review your marketing strategy or help you to develop your marketing strategy in order for you to capitalise on growth opportunities, and help you to better understand your business strategy.
If you are a mid-sized or small business (SME) located within the GBSLEP area you are eligible to attend all three Business Innovation Workshops at no charge.

If you are a small to medium sized business (SME) in the creative sector, and you are located within the GBSLEP region, then we welcome your application.
The duration of support is dependent on your needs and how long it takes you to complete the 4-part workshop programme.
We will review your application and work with you to develop a working timescale to help you achieve your ambitions.
If you are eligible for support, you will be contacted with the location of our workshops. These are either held on line or at Birmingham City University’s campuses.
